MuHu: Gastronomy - Cartel Student Deals

Weekdays are seriously hated by students! Well, for a start, weekdays are school days aren't they? Having to slog their guts out to complete their daunting tutorials, revision and projects during school days. Not forgetting the long and boring lectures that some of us have to undergo in the early hours of the day, leaving one feeling restless and sleepy. Sounds like a poor student life huh?

Now, let's see... How about sparing some time during the weekdays to enjoy a sumptuous lunch at discounted student rates? Yeah, speaking of the benefits of a student... it's time to exercise your privilege as a student!

Eager to try out the various lunch deals available, we decided to try out Cafe Cartel last Thursday noon. Since it was a transitional stage of life for me then, it's really something that can resurrect my spirits and lift my moods up high from the deep low abyss!

Let's see what Cafe Cartel has to offer us students:

Ooh~ nice! 30% off ala-carte orders, basically means 30% off your orders! (MuHu~!) I had a sudden craving for burgers, thus after scanning through the menu I went ahead with the 'Crispy Fish and Egg' and coupled the main course with a 'Mocha Frappe'. Sinful, but surely satisfying!

Mocha Frappe @ $3.80

Crispy Fish & Egg @ $11.90

It sure looks tempting to me especially when I've got a really soft spot for burgers!

On the other hand, Roger ordered Hawaiian Pork Chops. Take a look at his plight then:

"When will my pork chops be served..... Haiz..."

For the lunch, I ended up paying about 11 dollars for both the main course and the drink. Not too bad!
